Miracle League of the Desert brings the joy of baseball to children and adults with disabilities across the Morongo Basin. As the only league of its kind in our area, athletes ages 5 and up play on a specially designed rubberized field at Brehm Sports Park—making the game accessible for wheelchairs, walkers, and all abilities.
The season runs each spring and fall, with games played Monday nights under the lights.
Come be part of it—whether you’re playing, volunteering, or just cheering from the sidelines. It’s a perfect family outing, a fun night out, and a reminder that baseball IS for everyone.
Bringing 30 free, live music to Freedom Plaza, turning downtown 29 Palms into a vibrant destination over 3 years. With a diverse lineup of artists and a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere, the series invites the community to gather, unwind, and enjoy music under the desert sky.
Led by a volunteer committee of local residents, the series is driven by the community from start to finish. The committee plans and produces each concert, coordinating artists, logistics, and partnerships to bring the series to life.
Whether you're bringing a blanket, meeting up with friends, or discovering a new favorite artist, each concert creates a shared experience that celebrates connection, culture, and community.
